The Florida Real Estate Associate is Steve Friday who is a licensed REALTOR® license number (SL3666963) who works for FireLight Realty Group LLC. Steve has previous experience of running a Real Estate company in Spain and a Global Referral company where he helped customers purchase in Turkey, Italy, Spain, France, Portugal and Croatia.
We work with you, our customers, to locate properties that meet your requirements and expectations, we then help you arrive in country and meet with Steve or a local trusted licensed real estate agent who will show you the properties and walk you through the purchase process.

The goal is to guide international buyers through every stage of the process, from identifying suitable properties and understanding local communities to navigating financing, contracts, inspections, closing, and property management.
By providing clear communication, local market knowledge, and personalized support, we aim to make purchasing Florida real estate from overseas simpler and more transparent. The long-term objective is to establish a strong international referral network and become a trusted resource for overseas buyers seeking vacation homes, investment properties, second homes, or long-term residences near Disney World®.
